Our Petit Verdot is known for an intense and deep garnet color.  It has an elegant “Bergamot” perfume with a touch of licorice and dark berries.  The well integrated oak enhances the tannins of the grape resulting in a very velvety mouth feel and a smoky finish.  A great pairing with any kind of grilled meat or even chocolate. This red garnet wine is our version of the famous aperitif port wine.  It is made with 100% touriga nacional and aged 2 years in French and American oak barrels.  It possesses very distinctive aromas of dark cherries and prune with a hint of sweeten kumquat or orange peel.  The right balance of sweetness and softness of the tannins combine to create a very round palate with a nice jam texture.  This wine will pair beautifully with any kind of chocolate dessert, dried fruits and nuts.
